Aflofarm Farmacja Polska - one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Poland has signed a preliminary agreement on the purchase of Trec Nutrition - the company specialized in production of nutrients for athletes and functional food.

The preliminary agreement signed concerns the acquisition of all Trec Nutrition shares, together with a production plant in Gdynia. Before this happens, the transaction must be approved by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The application for the acquisition was submitted to OCCP in July 2018.
