Examedin FAST Strip Tests
Examedin FAST strip tests are used to determine the glucose concentration in fresh capillary blood. The result is given on the basis of measuring the electric current produced in the reaction of glucose with an enzyme placed on the electrode of the strip test. The blood sample is automatically drawn through the strip test window by capillary action. The system is calibrated for blood plasma.
Strip tests are designed for self-testing and professional use.
