This OTC medicine comes as hard capsules which contain activated carbon. Used to manage food poisoning, diarrhoea, flatulence and poisoning with medicines and chemicals (a physician or a doctor must be consulted before use).

Active substance
One capsule contains 200 mg of activated carbon (Carbo activatus). Excipient with known effect: quinoline yellow.
Indications
For the treatment of the following medical conditions and ailments:
- food poisoning;
- diarrhoea; - flatulence;
- poisoning with medicinalproducts and chemicals (a physician or a doctor must be consulted before use).
Contraindications
Carbo Activ Aflofarm is contraindicated in patients:
- who show oversensitivity reaction to the active substance or to any of the excipients;
- if unconscious whose airway has not been secured, and in infants.
