Tadalafil Inventum
This OTC oral medicine is indicated for treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult males, i.e. trouble or inability to get or keep an erection that will suffice to achieve sexual satisfaction. Tadalafil is triggered by sexual stimulation. Taking tadalafil alone is not enough to cause an erection. You need to be sexually aroused for it to work.
