In the first edition of the ranking of 300 Best Polish Employers according to Forbes magazine, Aflofarm was recognized as one of Poland's Best Employers 2021. The companies takig part in the ranking were examined by Statista - co-creator of the best known Best Employers rankings in the world.
The ranking of 300 Best Polish Employers according to Forbes was prepared on the basis of research conducted on the Internet - through research panels and on the forbes.pl website. The survey was based on a list of approximately 1800 employers with at least 250 employees in Poland. The survey lasted two months, during which more than 10,000 employees gave their opinions on the key areas of activity of Polish companies.Employer performance was considered in 7 areas, ranging from image and growth, development and prospects, employee relations and management, pay, working conditions and equipment, sustainability, and workload.
The ranking evaluated companies in two aspects - in general category and by industry. How did Aflofarm fare in both these rankings? In the general ranking of 300 Best Polish Employers Aflofarm was placed on 139th position. And in the industry ranking in the "Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology" category we came 4th.

The place in the ranking of Best Polish Employers is not the only award obtained by Aflofarm Farmacja Polska in recent years. In 2018 we were awarded a statuette for a socially responsible company by the Forbes monthly magazine, and a year later we became a laureate in the OFFICE SUPERSTAR 2019 competition in the "Best Office in Łódź" category.
